Procurement
Liaise with the client on purchase orders details to plan inspection visits.
Attend kick-off and pre-manufacturing meetings.
Review manufacturing activities against plans and report potential delays.
Review documentation requirements for vendors / sub-vendors and performance and deliveries.
Review / expedite manufacturing process, inspection and test status against plans.
Review material handling, storage and packing.
Review shipping arrangements and insurance.
Quality
Review detailed quality and manufacturing plans for orders and confirm key quality control items and hold points including NDE and fabrication procedures.
Review welding procedures, including quality plans submitted by suppliers.
Conduct quality audits and submit reports to client.
Monitor and issue reports for all fabrication which includes; welding performance material review, NDT report review, radiography film verification, dimensional checks, hydro test witness, verify painting quality, review test packs, equipment factory acceptance test.
HSE
Manage effectively implementation of the clients HSE management system.
Conduct and facilitate HSE workshops for the client and issue recommendation/ actions required for implementation during project execution.
Provide support to the client on Hazard Management on worksites during project execution.
Review incidents and provide feedback to the client.
